From our workshop to your door
What happens after you order
Here’s the exact journey your chair takes — from our workbench in Rotherham to your front door.
Refurbished, cleaned & tested
Every chair is fully refurbished, deep-cleaned and safety-checked by our own technician in our Rotherham workshop — long before it’s ever offered for sale.
Secured on the pallet
Once your order comes in, your chair is fitted securely onto its own pallet, so every part is protected for the journey ahead.
Wrapped & weatherproofed
It’s then fully wrapped and weatherproofed, ready and waiting for collection — whatever the British weather.
Collected by Palletline
Your chair is collected and dispatched by Palletline, our nationwide freight partner, on a fully tracked UK service.
On its way to you
Loaded and on the road — arriving on a quick, tracked service, ready to use from the moment it arrives.
