DBX Mobility aims to provide safe, reliable and transparent delivery for all mobility equipment purchased through our website.

Dispatch Times

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within three to five working days. Once your order has been collected by our courier, you will receive delivery information and tracking details where available.

Delivery Method

Most items, including electric wheelchairs and larger mobility equipment, are delivered by pallet courier to ensure safe transport. Smaller items may be shipped using standard parcel delivery services. Deliveries are made to the kerbside at the delivery address provided. The delivery driver is not responsible for unpacking, assembly or collection of packaging.

Delivery Requirements

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery on the confirmed date. If a missed delivery or failed delivery attempt occurs, redelivery fees may apply. We will inform you of any additional charges before arranging redelivery.

Delivery Address

Orders will be shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout. Please ensure all address information is accurate, including contact telephone number and any specific delivery instructions. DBX Mobility cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Damaged Deliveries

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If there is visible damage to the packaging or product, please contact us immediately at info@dbxmobility.uk. Photographs of the issue may be requested so that we can assess the damage and provide a suitable resolution.

Delivery Costs

We provide free shipping on most products. If any delivery charges apply, they will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order. Any extra fees such as redelivery costs or remote-area surcharges will be confirmed before your order is dispatched.

Geographic Limitations

DBX Mobility currently provides delivery within the United Kingdom. If you would like to request delivery outside the United Kingdom, please contact us at info@dbxmobility.uk before placing your order so that we can advise whether international delivery is possible and provide a quotation.

Delays

We will make every effort to ensure your order arrives within the stated timeframe. However, delivery times may vary due to courier scheduling, traffic restrictions, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control. If we are aware of a delay, we will contact you to provide an update.

Failed or Refused Delivery

If delivery is refused or if no one is present to receive the delivery on the agreed date, the item will be returned to the courier depot. Additional storage or redelivery charges may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the failure was caused by courier error.
