Warranty Policy
DBX Mobility provides a six-month warranty on all refurbished mobility equipment sold, commencing from the date of delivery.
What the Warranty Covers
This warranty covers mechanical and electrical faults that arise from normal use and are directly related to the refurbishment work carried out by DBX Mobility. All products are professionally refurbished, fully serviced, deep cleaned, and safety tested prior to dispatch.
Where applicable, brand-new batteries supplied with the product are covered under this warranty for the same six-month period.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
The warranty does not cover:
- General wear and tear, including cosmetic deterioration
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorised repairs
- Damage caused by water ingress, incorrect charging, or improper storage
- Tyres, upholstery, trims, and other consumable items subject to normal wear
- Faults arising from use outside manufacturer guidelines or weight limits
Warranty Claims Process
To make a warranty claim, customers must contact DBX Mobility with their order reference and a clear description of the issue. Supporting photographs or videos may be requested to assist with assessment.
All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval. Where a fault is confirmed to be covered under warranty, DBX Mobility will, at its discretion, repair the item, replace the faulty component, or offer an appropriate resolution.
Transport and Access
If a return is required for warranty inspection or repair, collection arrangements will be confirmed with the customer. The customer must ensure safe and reasonable access for collection and delivery.
Statutory Rights
This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not affect, the customer’s statutory rights under UK consumer law.
