We deliver to your door
Your chair arrives fully charged and ready to use. Lightweight chairs come by DPD; full-size by van courier.
Return & get your deposit back
When your hire ends, we arrange collection. Your refundable deposit is returned within 5 working days.
Lightweight & Folding Hire
Compact, foldable powerchairs dispatched by DPD in a box. Ideal for holidays, travel, and shorter-term needs. Available from 1 week. Must be 18 or over to hire.

Full-Size Powerchair Hire
Minimum hire period: 2 weeks. Full-size chairs are delivered and collected by van courier. Delivery and collection costs £40 each way — we absorb the other half. You must be 18 or over to hire.

Our full-size powerchairs offer greater range, higher weight capacity, and more advanced seating options. Ideal for longer-term hire, extended recovery, or when you need a more substantial chair.

What you need to know
Deposit
- Lightweight chairs: £95 refundable holding deposit
- Full-size chairs: £115 refundable holding deposit
- Deposit is charged at time of booking as part of your total
- Refunded within 5 working days of safe return
Cancellations & Refunds
- Pro-rata refund for unused hire days if cancelled mid-hire
- Change of mind: request on day of confirmed delivery for full hire refund
- Delivery and collection fees are non-refundable in all cases
- Delivery date = when tracking confirms the chair has been received
Extensions & Returns
- Extend your hire any time via your online booking — your collection date updates automatically
- Minimum hire: 1 week (lightweight), 2 weeks (full-size)
- Return the chair in the same condition it arrived — normal wear accepted
- Collection is arranged by us — you do not need to arrange a courier
Every hire is fully insured
All hire equipment carries specialist mobility insurance for the full duration of your hire period. A 24/7 breakdown support number is provided at the point of dispatch — if anything goes wrong while the chair is with you, help is available around the clock.
In the unlikely event of a breakdown, contact the support line and we will arrange a resolution as quickly as possible.
Damage policy
We ask that all hire equipment is returned in the same condition it was received — normal wear and tear is expected and accepted. In the event of damage beyond normal use, the refundable deposit will be retained to cover repair costs.
Courier damage (lightweight chairs): If DPD damages the chair in transit to you, this is not your liability. We will raise the claim with the courier directly and you will not be charged. Please photograph any packaging damage on arrival and notify us within 24 hours.
