Create a free Formspree account
Go to formspree.io → Sign up free → Create a new form → set the notification email to your DBX email address.
Copy your Form ID
After creating the form, Formspree gives you a URL like https://formspree.io/f/xpwzgkqv. The last part (xpwzgkqv) is your Form ID. Paste it below.
